Shipping policy

Shipping location and destinations

  • All orders are currently shipped from the UK and we ship to most countries in the world. If your country isn’t listed in the check-out form, then we might not be able to ship to you yet. In any case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to let us know–we love finding solutions.
  • Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O/APO/FBO boxes.

Shipping Rates

  • We offer free shipping worldwide for orders of £200 or above. A different threshold may apply to certain countries. In all cases, the checkout form explicitly show whether shipping costs are waived.
  • All thresholds are based on the GBP currency, converted to respective local currencies.

Customs charges and import duties

We do our best to make shipping as smooth as possible and this includes dealing with customs charges and duties. We use 'Delivered Duties Paid" everywhere we can for a smooth and transparent experience.

  • United Kingdom: No additional duty charges are payable. VAT is included.
  • Europe: Orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and VAT is included.
  • Norway: Orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and VAT is included.
  • United States: Duties only apply for orders with a value above 800 USD. Above this threshold, orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and taxes are included. 
  • Australia: Duties only apply for orders with a value above 1000 AUD. Above this threshold, orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and taxes are included. 
  • Canada: Orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and VAT is included.
  • Rest of the World: Orders are shipped DDP “Delivered Duties Paid”. No additional duty charges are payable and VAT is included.

Order Tracking

  • We use “track and trace” couriers and our last mile delivery partner will send you a notification of scheduled delivery when they get your parcel. This also means they require a signature on receipt of the package.

Delivery timeframe

  • Most orders are delivered within 6 business days. Orders placed before 12:00PM GMT (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the following day.
  • UK: 3-4 days
  • Europe: 3-7 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-11 business days

Order confirmation

When you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you find that you haven’t received one, and it isn’t misplaced into your spam folder, please reach out to us at care@wideopenworld.co and we will look into it with you.
